A Ministry for Singers and Musicians

Real worship ministry doesn't happen without dedicated and committed people.  At Crossroads, we are fortunate to have a very dedicated group of singers and musicians who are committed first and foremost to Jesus Christ, and are willing to use their gifts and talents to help lead our congregation in the worship of our Lord and Savior.

Our worship includes a mixture or (a blend) of contemporary and traditional music but always with a desire to exalt Jesus Christ, and to draw the worshipper to a place of intimacy with God, through the presence of the Holy Spirit.

We currently have a guitarist, a bass guitarist, a keyboard player, a drummer, a percussionist, 4 male singers and 5 female singers.

Each person is dedicated and committed to Jesus Christ, and then to the music, and then they are committed to rehersal and to the ministry team.

The Worship Team Guidelines

1.  Each person must make a 1 year commitment.  Their commitment is renewed yearly.

2.  Be focused on the music and willing to follow instructions.

3.  Always come to rehersal with a positive attitude.

4.  Always be on time for rehersal.

5.  If you miss a rehersal notify the director in advance.

6.  If you miss a rehersal, do not assume that you will sign the following Sunday, check with the director.

As a worship team member you are responsible for developing you own voice or instrument capability.  Therefore it is important to practice on your own.  Memorize as much of the music as possible!  May the Lord bless our work together and may His music be a blessing to all who hear it.
